New Forest Surveying Ltd is an independent Chartered Surveying practice providing building surveying and specialist property conservation advice to homeowners, commercial landlords and tenants, developers and contractors across the New Forest and surrounding areas.

Owner and founder Gerard Pocock MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 22 years hands-on experience having undergone extensive rigorous assessment of technical competence, professional judgement and ethical standards. Gerard offers a level of expertise that goes significantly beyond the minimum requirements and for many clients making important financial decisions, this provides greater confidence that the survey is being undertaken by a highly experienced professional with a proven track record.

 

Gerard has and a strong professional focus on the preservation, repair, and sensitive adaptation of historic and listed buildings within the unique built heritage of the New Forest.

 

The company is ideally located on the outskirts of Lymington and Brockenhurst. ​As a small, family-owned practice, we are committed to delivering a personable, responsive, and professional service from first contact through to project completion. We take the time to listen carefully to our clients, understand their priorities, and tailor our advice to their individual needs.

Alongside RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, we offer a comprehensive range of professional services including listed building advice, party wall services, defect investigations, contract administration, design and project management work.
