Expert and Practical Advice
New Forest Surveying Ltd is an independent Hampshire-based Building Surveying practice providing professional advice to clients. The company is owned and operated by Gerard Pocock BSc (Hons) MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in all core building surveying services and a particular focus on preserving our historic and listed buildings here in the beautiful New Forest.

As a small family-owned practice, we pride ourselves on delivering a personable, efficient and professional service from the moment initial contact is made. We take the time to understand our client's needs and concerns.

Along with RICS level 2 & 3 surveys, we offer many other services including but not limited to; defect reports, party wall services, listed and historic building advice, planning applications and project management and often a hybrid of several services.

We work with a small selection of trusted local craftspeople and competent sub-consultants where necessary to provide a total solution.
